Jos ei tajua Englantia, mutta tietää noista Fettejen ja Trankkujen sielunelämästä, niin voin kääntää.

the reason we use the IRLZ44 FET is due to the low gate voltage/current it works with, as were driving it straight from the uP, so as long as it only draws a similar amount of current as the Z44 then there should be no problems with it,

Can you tell me is this FET okay as subtitute for IRLZ44?

Vgs (th) = 1..2 Volts
There is also this load capasitance that demands hight currents at high requencies. Can you tell me what kind of frequencies can be driven directly with the megasquirt microcontroller?

Hi.
I was wondering, can I do the following substitution:
Q1 - TIP42 -> TIP125

Q2,Q7 - IRFIZ34 -> IRF530 or IRLI530N

To me, it seems okay. I'm not sure what the resistance of the MOSFET affects. Does it matter?
I would like to use these substitutes because I have them.
