Turtanan 160-103 levy

Elikkäs oireili alkuun et ainakin yhteyttä katkoi tietokoneelle, mut kävi kyllä. Sit auto kävi about 5-10min JA sammu lennosta. enää ei saa yhteyttä ja pumppu/suuttimet etc. ei pyöri.

Voltit tarkistelin Ne oli mielestäni ok. 4.8-4.9v.. Ainoo mitä löysin oli tärinästä irronnu Switch table/knock väistä olevai maajohto irronnut tärinästä(Todella jämy johto ettei se kauheesti oo pyöriny ympäri koteloa) 3 paikkaan menee maadoitus levyllä. Oisko mitään ideaa mistä vikaa nyt ehtii? Voisko olla vaan et koodi ois sekaste ecusta?

Levyltä lämmittelin kaikki vähänkää epäilyttävän näköset liitokset uusiks ja rupesin miettii et ku kellopiiris ei ollu "liimaa" ni se varmasti tärinästä kyl pääs lähellä oleviin vastuksiin/q3 johka päin se oli kallellaan ku aloin tutkiin..

Mitenkä voisin testaa pukata uutta koodii ecuun et jos siitä elpys? vai onks ihan uuden prossun tilaus? Vai muuta vihjeitä mistä vikaa alkaa paikallistaan.

Win7 kö sais jonku hyperterm ohjelman ni pääsen kokeilee toimiiks sarjaportin hässäkät.

Edit: unohtu mainita 4Hi ohm suutinta, hall anturilla trikkeröinti kampuralta 36-1, Innovaten wb, sytkää hoitaa vielä vakio sytkä mitä ei ohjata millään tapaa, tulee hukkakipuna 203 päätteen kans kuhan ruiskupuoli saadaan toimimaan jotenkin..

I'm trying to make the Turtana, now i'm at 90%, but i haven't any electric scheme and some holes are available.
I tryed to contact the author but he didn't answer me.
I hope someone help me!

what is the type of the capacitor c36? what are the charateristics of x1?

X1 crystal oscillator, what Mega use.

and what do i choose to c22, c23, c28, c29, d9 and d10?

L1 = 100uh
only need to D9 and D10.

i'll use this ecu with a Motorcraft Coil 928F-12029-CA 0277A (that is the coil of Ford EDIS module, but only the coil, not all module) and with a single point injector form Lancia Dedra 1.6. Then I'll have to make other changes?

In order to use Edis module. You have to use it correctly. It won't work other way around. 36-1 wheel -> vr sensor -> module ->160-103 -> module -> coil. To use edis. You have to make edis modifications to the board. Unfortunately when designer is Turtana there is no any instructions and maker won't share any. Ever.

EDIT:
Used search and found the orginal 160-103 topic. I'll try translate Turtana's post about hall/edis:
- Leave out R40
- Connect jumpers points next to R40: 1-2 and 3-4
- If using F-Idle as spark output, replace R43 to 470 ohm
- If using LED 17 as spark output. replace R15 to 470 ohm


External connections are normal. That same led 17 output mod works on bosch modules as well.

Darn. Why I did'nt read carefully you'r latest post.. There is two possibilities now when using just the coilpack. Either use IGTBs or external module. I prefer module.

There is many that works with mega. Even those taken from old Motronic-ECU´s functions well.

Have you read megamanual? You should then visit MSnS-extra site beacause there´s lot to learn:

And answer to question is yes, you can flash MSnS-extra code to your processor if you have any MegaSquirt code in it. If it´s empty and doesn´t have even bootloader things get complicated.

ok, well, with bosch bip373 emettitor is ground, base is linked with the turtana's output and 330ohm resistor, and collector is linked with the coil, is true?

then where are the two exits for sparks in turtana's pcb?
